Responsibilities
Conducting detailed fact‑finding reviews
Supporting individuals and staff through sensitive and complex events
Coordinating with oversight agencies such as DCF, DDS, DPPC, DPH, CARF, and others
Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Leading internal audits
Helping prepare for external licensing and accreditation reviews
Safeguarding quality
Strengthening accountability
Ensuring programs meet the highest standards of care
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license in good standing and reliable transportation
Bachelor's degree in human services, education, social work, psychology, or a related field
5+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance, compliance, investigations, or program oversight in human services or special education
CPR and First Aid certification, or able to obtain within 3 months
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Experience in children's residential or educational programs, adult residential or day habilitation services, or similar regulated human services with licensing, accreditation, and external oversight
