Performing complex IT Triage
Diagnosing and resolving critical application defects and production issues
Leverage your expertise in business process analysis and technical design to implement system enhancements
Translate complex triggers for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
15+ years of total development experience
At least 8 years recent dedicated to Cúram CGISS and Outcome Management development
Mandatory PMP certification
CURAM V7/V8 expertise
Experience in business process analysis and technical design
Ability to perform complex IT Triage
Ability to diagnose and resolve critical application defects and production issues
Critical thinking skills
Ability to independently lead solutions
Proven track record in complex government system environments
