They are seeking a Cash Application Specialist to accurately post customer payments, perform account reconciliations, and establish strong relationships with customers while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Processing various forms of payments from customers including (but not limited to) checks, ACH, Credit Cards and PayPal
Utilize our electronic systems for payment review and processing
Account reconciliations as needed to ensure the accounting records of Parts Town and our customers are aligned
Work closely with team members and customers to resolve payment remittance issues
Facilitate customer refunds as requested
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes related to Cash App
Qualification
Required
You have 2+ years of cash application experience
You can effectively communicate and collaborate with different segments across the business
You pay close attention to detail (as far as you're concerned, anything worth doing should be done right)
You possess MS Office proficiency, especially Excel LOOKUP functions and PivotTables (bonus points if you have experience with ERP systems)
You have outstanding time management skills and can handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
You function effectively both independently and as a member of a team
You're self-motivated, with a proven ability to learn quickly and adapt in an evolving work environment
You have a quality, high speed internet connection at home
You have fantastic communication skills & you're proficient in English (verbal and written)
