Responsibilities

Support coordination of staff administrative needs, including: catering fulfillment and delivery, facilities maintenance, janitorial requests, parking needs, security access management, scanning lab notebooks, and sorting mail
Serve as primary staff for front desk reception at one site, including receiving and escorting visitors and addressing requests for assistance
Assist with oversight of company common spaces, including inventorying, ordering, replenishing, organizing and tidying
Fulfill staff requests for office supplies and furniture

Required

High School Diploma
Minimum two years or equivalent work-related experience supporting office management or administrative services functions
Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information appropriately
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
Ability to regularly travel between multiple buildings
Strong math and critical thinking/problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

Preferred

Flexible schedule for occasional late evenings or weekends preferred
