Drive their sourcing strategy and execution
Market mapping, sourcing, and engaging top-tier candidates
Qualification
Required
5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a focus on software engineering, AI/ML, data science, infrastructure, and product roles
Proven track record of successfully recruiting top-tier talent in high-growth, competitive environments
Extensive knowledge of sourcing strategies and techniques, including advanced Boolean search and use of various recruiting tools and platforms
Strong understanding of technical roles, including the ability to evaluate candidates' technical skills and experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both candidates and hiring managers
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with changing priorities
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies
Proficiency in market mapping and competitive intelligence gathering
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and improve recruiting processes
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and recruiting methods
Preferred
Experience working in or recruiting for AI/ML companies is highly desirable
