EPITEC is seeking a Computer Support Associate to provide day-to-day onsite IT support in a stable enterprise environment. This role focuses on hands-on hardware and software break-fix support while delivering strong customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide break-fix support for desktop hardware and software
Image, deploy, and refresh computers for end users
Support printers, including toner replacement and basic maintenance
Resolve ServiceNow tickets using documented KB articles
Support conference room and onsite meeting technology
Manage IT assets, inventory updates, and asset lifecycle records
Dispose of outdated equipment and maintain accurate documentation
Provide smart-hands support for server and network teams

Required
