Responsibilities
Own full lifecycle delivery of hyperscale data center projects from concept to turnover
Serve as the single point of accountability for site-level scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk. Drive fast-track execution strategies, phased turnovers, and parallel workstreams
Identify and eliminate constraints, long-lead risks, and execution bottlenecks
Participate in design discussions and ensure constructability, schedule realism, and cost discipline
Coordinate procurement of mission-critical equipment and manage vendor performance
Lead construction management, enforcing safety, quality, and schedule adherence
Integrate efforts across engineering, operations, and finance to ensure project success
Track and report site-level KPIs, adopting PMO tools and governance frameworks
Qualification
Required
10+ years of project management experience in large-scale construction or mission-critical facilities
Proven success in fast-track, high-pressure, schedule-driven environments
Deep understanding of electrical power systems and mechanical cooling systems
Experience managing projects or programs valued between $50M–$500M+
Strong commercial acumen related to contracts, change orders, and forecasting
Willingness and ability to travel and be site-embedded when required
Preferred
Direct experience delivering data centers is strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) preferred
