Leidos has a new and exciting opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer in our Intelligence Sector's Cyber & Analytics Business Area. The engineer will be responsible for developing capabilities to solve common problems, integrating prototype applications, and supporting analytics and machine learning in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Develop capabilities designed to help solve common problems arising from various analyst offices
Prototype development to extend enterprise services, support analytics, enhance machine learning, and develop commercial cloud solutions
Support the integration and evaluation of open source, emerging technologies, and new COTS applications
Work directly with customers, developers, or data scientists to gather requirements and feedback

Required

Bachelor's degree plus eleven (11) to fifteen (15) years of relevant experience or equivalent
Computer Science (CS) degree or related field
Strong development experience in a variety of languages (ex., java, python)
Candidates must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph to be considered for this role

Preferred

Modeling experience
Machine Learning experience
Experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes
Dev experience on Linux platforms
Analytics development experience
Virtual Machine (VM) experience
