Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from intake and planning through execution, risk management, and close-out
Manage IT project intake and portfolio prioritization, partnering with IT and business leaders to align work to strategy, capacity, and value
Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, timelines, resourcing, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
Monitor delivery performance and escalate risks early, providing clear, executive-ready status, recommendations, and trade-offs
Partner with stakeholders to drive adoption of new systems, coordinating change readiness, communications, and post-implementation review
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors, ensuring accountability, continuity, and delivery against agreed outcomes
Track outcomes and lessons learned, contributing to continuous improvement of IT project delivery practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated experience in project intake, evaluation and portfolio management
Prior experience working in an agile, waterfall, and hybrid environment
3-5 years of experience managing multiple complex IT projects, including ERP/CRM implementations or relevant experience
Deep expertise in formal project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and use of project management software (e.g., MS Planner/Project)
Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure and enterprise applications
Understands how applications are built, deployed, operated, and supported well enough to plan work, ask the right questions, manage dependencies, and coordinate the right people
Ability to plan, track, and coordinate work across multiple projects with competing priorities
Exceptional organizational skills, with proven ability to manage dependencies, risks and resources across concurrent projects
Proactive risk management and contingency planning capabilities
Excellent communication skills, with experience preparing executive level presentations, reports and stakeholder updates
Comfort working in a largely remote environment using digital collaboration and project management tools
Proven ability to lead change management initiatives and drive adoption of new technologies
