Responsibilities
Perform ongoing investment guideline review and reporting for a variety of equity accounts, including separately managed institutional portfolios and mutual funds
Monitor and review automated exception reports
Prepare client guideline certifications on a regular basis and as needed
Liaise with equity trading desks to research and resolve client guideline questions and issues
Perform periodic audits of policies and procedures
Maintain and enhance policies and procedures manuals as warranted
Provide backup for compliance staff
Complete special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Strong analytic and organizational skills with good attention to detail; able to prioritize in fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Word/Excel
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor as position requires interaction with employees throughout the firm, including senior management
1-2 years of related experience; experience in asset management or investment management industry a plus
Preferred
Working knowledge of Charles River IMS Compliance Monitoring and Management system a plus
