Oversee all financial operations: accounting, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting
Perform hands-on bookkeeping and ensure compliance with US GAAP
Advise management on financial planning, reporting, and internal controls
Harmonize finance processes across both US entities
Lead cash flow management, credit control, and audit coordination
Optimize ERP/Microsoft Dynamics 365 processes
Support financial onboarding and process improvements across locations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting
3-5+ years in financial management, controlling, or auditing
Hands‑on accounting skills
Strong Excel skills
Ability to travel quarterly
Preferred
Master's or CPA
Dynamics 365 experience
Experience in international/multicultural environments
Process improvement mindset
Strong communication skills
