Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate HR activities for a defined population within the Financial Services Organization’s (FSO) Consulting practice
Execute innovative HR programs aligned to our Talent strategy
Implement key processes—such as performance management, compensation, and career development—while addressing a wide range of employee inquiries and advising business leaders on people‑related matters
Gather and analyze data related to staffing, headcount, budgets, and compensation to identify trends and recommend actionable insights
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Five or more years of relevant HR or Talent‑related experience
Proven ability to manage a diverse and fast‑moving portfolio of projects
Strong working knowledge of HR laws, policies, and standard practices
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to influence leaders and support adoption of new programs and change initiatives
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred
SHRM certification (or equivalent)
Experience working in a professional services environment or complex matrix organization
