Responsibilities
Serve as a technical resource, providing knowledge and capabilities as a team member and individual contributor
Influence and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations
Collaborate with application and testing teams, providing middleware advice and support
Create, maintain, and support application deployment templates
Design middleware infrastructure for high availability and failover capability
Provide technical consultation to team members and supported areas
Communicate with business partners at an enterprise level
Interface with internal customers and external vendors during the software development life cycle
Execute production changes for integrated and regulatory releases
Qualification
Required
8 years of experience in virtualization and EUC, working as an engineer in virtualized environments and end-user computing
Skilled in managing and supporting a large corporate enterprise with 100,000 endpoints
Experience in designing and architecting Citrix environments for 40,000 concurrent users
Proficient in operating, maintaining, optimizing, and expanding virtual infrastructure using Citrix and client technologies
Expertise in designing, configuring, and maintaining scalable virtual environments with a focus on performance, troubleshooting, and best practices
Preferred
Citrix policy engine experience
F5 Gateway APM function and configuration understanding
Proven scripting ability with PowerCLI
Undergraduate degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience
