Responsibilities

Engage directly with members, delivering exceptional service across various channels, including call center, email, live chat, and social media
Process transactions, update accounts, open new accounts, and take loan applications while addressing all member inquiries
Cross-sell SkyOne products and services, ensuring consistent adherence to credit union service standards
Support business development through outbound sales and service calls to attract new memberships, loans, and deposits
Adhere to all policies and procedures and achieve individual and team performance goals while providing frontline coverage
Mentor new hires and lead team huddles

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a financial services call center
Strong cross-selling and telemarketing skills
Excellent member service and telephone communication skills
Strong knowledge and understanding of financial products and services
Windows, Word, Excel, and Internet proficiency
Proficient in 10-key and typing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tech savvy and familiar with chat bots, live chat features, and video conferencing
Demonstrates a consistent ability to build positive relationships, fosters interdependence and positively contributes to a collaborative work environment
A high degree of confidentiality
A positive, professional image within the workplace
