Executive Assistant
Paragon Capital Group is a growing investment firm focused on private equity and real estate. They are seeking a highly organized and dependable Part-Time Executive Assistant to support their Founder and Managing Partner by managing schedules, communications, and priorities while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Manage calendar scheduling, meetings, and travel coordination
Serve as a point of contact for investors, partners, and internal team members
Draft and manage emails, documents, and presentations
Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
Handle confidential information with discretion
Assist with personal and ad hoc requests as needed
Help improve systems, organization, and workflows
Qualification
Required
3+ years supporting an executive, founder, or senior leader
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and anticipate needs
High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Comfortable with remote work tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Reliable availability for occasional onsite support in North County San Diego
Preferred
Experience in finance, investment, or professional services
Experience supporting founders or C-suite executives
Project management or operations experience
