Responsibilities
Provide onsite and remote support for Windows, iOS, and Android devices
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Assist with endpoint management using Entra ID and Intune
Provision, image, deploy, and decommission laptops and peripherals
Support AV equipment for meetings and company events
Track IT assets and maintain accurate inventory and documentation
Follow and reinforce IT security, access controls, and data protection standards
Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles
Partner with IT leadership on system improvements and operational projects
Qualification
Required
2+ years of hands-on desktop / IT support experience
Strong experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
Familiarity with Entra ID, Intune, endpoint management, and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira)
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (VPN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi)
Strong customer service mindset with clear, professional communication
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Onsite presence required 5 days per week
Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs as needed
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Certifications such as CompTIA (A+, Network+, Security+), Microsoft Endpoint / Modern Desktop, or ITIL
