Responsibilities
Perform AS-IS assessment of the current PLM applications and landscape
Identify and evaluate existing PLM challenges and gaps
Conduct client workshops to gather TO-BE requirements
Drive PLM Platform Scorecard Reviews aligned with TO-BE business needs
Support PLM platform selection and define a clear implementation roadmap
Collaborate with internal teams on AS-IS / TO-BE analysis and roadmap reviews
Provide daily and weekly project status updates to client stakeholders
Qualification
Required
10+ years of overall experience in PLM application design and functional consulting
3+ years of experience in PLM assessments, AS-IS / TO-BE requirements gathering
3+ years of experience in PLM platform evaluation, reviews, and roadmap definition
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Agile, 3DEXPERIENCE, Windchill, and Siemens PLM platforms
5+ years of experience in PLM functional areas, solution design, and application environments
3+ years of experience in PLM–ERP and CAD integrations
Proven ability to lead and manage PLM consulting engagements with clients
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Preferred
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills are essential
