Responsibilities
Lead AI and automation initiatives, identifying opportunities to reduce manual work and improve accuracy
Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools, agents, and internal applications supporting business workflows
Own order automation initiatives, including intake, classification, validation, and integration with NetSuite
Manage websites and digital platforms, ensuring reliable integration with NetSuite and related systems
Explore and pilot emerging AI capabilities, low-code platforms, and automation tools aligned to business needs
Partner with business teams to translate operational challenges into scalable automation solutions
Collaborate with the NetSuite Administrator to ensure AI solutions are architecturally sound and secure
Establish best practices for AI usage, data handling, and responsible deployment
Maintain documentation and training materials for AI-enabled tools to support adoption
Provide regular updates to the IT Director on innovation pipeline, progress, and realized benefits
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience with automation, scripting, or application development
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, APIs, or low-code automation platforms
Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias toward practical business outcomes
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable operating in experimental, iterative development environment
Preferred
Experience integrating applications with ERP systems is a plus
