Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies including load, stress, endurance, spike, and scalability testing
Build and maintain JMeter scripts for complex, distributed applications
Analyze application performance metrics and system behavior using Splunk and AppDynamics
Monitor and tune application performance in AWS cloud environments
Collaborate with development, DevOps, SRE, and architecture teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
Conduct performance testing across APIs, microservices, and web applications
Provide detailed performance reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
Support production performance monitoring and incident analysis
Qualification
