AMD Public-Salt Lake City-Associate-Client Onboarding & Configuration

Responsibilities
Ensure due diligence is performed on new clients to comply with 'Know Your Customer (KYC)' regulations
Develop expertise in the Firm's Anti Money Laundering (AML)/Customer Identification Program (CIP) due diligence policies
Coordinate internally to obtain relevant onboarding requirements and ensure documentation complies with regulatory and compliance standards
Work on special projects as necessary (e.g. automation related projects, new business lines)
Partner with the Sales organization to ensure a seamless client onboarding from front to back and liaise with multiple parties to bring about execution of a transaction
Qualification
Required
Adhere to laws and regulations
Thorough understanding of a client service/on-boarding environment
Knowledge of the industry, client base, and systems
Perform due diligence on new clients to comply with 'Know Your Customer (KYC)' regulations
Develop expertise in the Firm's Anti Money Laundering (AML)/Customer Identification Program (CIP) due diligence policies
Coordinate internally to obtain relevant onboarding requirements and ensure documentation complies with regulatory and compliance standards
Work on special projects as necessary (e.g. automation related projects, new business lines)
Partner with the Sales organization to ensure a seamless client onboarding from front to back and liaise with multiple parties to bring about execution of a transaction
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and communicate to all levels of the organization
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge of financial markets and products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
Knowledge of Customer Identification Programs (CIP)/Know Your Customer (KYC) a plus
Understand structure of trading counterparts
Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership and accountability of projects, and has strong organizational skills to effectively manage competing priorities
Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment
Proven analytical and problem solving skills with meticulous attention to detail to enable the ability to communicate complex items to a wide array of internal counterparties
