They are seeking a Mechanical Engineering intern to support the mechanical design process, working closely with engineers and participating in various engineering tasks and documentation.

Responsibilities
Training and application of RTX tools including CREO and PDM
Design and Documentation support utilizing engineering tools, Adobe, and MS office suite
Engineering Change and Drawing Release
Analytical and Technical engineering work within a program environment with possible presentations on designs as needed
Training on Raytheon processes and procedures
Work may include participation in building hardware in a lab environment
Qualification
Required
This position is for an intern who is enrolled in a Bachelor's (or higher) degree program and will be at minimum, entering their Junior year by the start of summer 2026
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience utilizing CAD (Computer Aided Design) tools such as CREO or equivalent
Preferred
3.0 cumulative GPA desired
Mechanisms or Opto-Mechanical Design Experience
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, including a basic knowledge, and understanding of Tolerancing
Lab/Cleanroom Experience
Experience developing and delivering presentations (verbal and/or written)
