Responsibilities
Assist with multiple new and ongoing interior renovation projects in and around New York City and beyond
Design, modeling (Rhino required), renderings and visualization, drafting (with AutoCAD), and specification
Have a sophisticated understanding of materials and an informed opinion about where to source them
Exposure to construction administration and an understanding of construction sequencing, means and methods
Qualification
Required
At least four years of experience with design

Easy familiarity with the arc of a complex design project
