Responsibilities
Ensure that Employees can access systems and resources
Troubleshoot issues with endpoints, mobile devices and networking
Ensure System access is kept up to date
Identify risks, opportunities, faults and areas for improvement within Artera’s IT framework
Test and analyze IT system and software performance
Prioritizing and resolving IT concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders
Documenting processes and maintaining HelpDesk records
Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that IT needs are met
Qualification
Required
Experience with SaaS based administration
2-5 years experience working in a HelpDesk or other Information Technology role
IT asset Management
Familiar with audio visual equipment for live company meetings
Familiar with MacOS administration
Excellent communication skills, and an ability to collaborate with members of various teams
Good problem analysis, problem-solving, and judgment skills
Preferred
Scripting Experience
Networking Experience
Experience with ISO 27701
Healthcare experience
Experience working with distributed teams
Identity Access Management Experience, working with authentication tools such as Okta, Rippling or OneLogin
