Responsibilities
Coordinate the quality efforts related to APQP for new projects
Coordinate quality technician priorities and activities as necessary
Coordinate 8Ds and corrective actions to customers
Point of contact with customer
Maintain the customer complaints and reaction times
Track and monitor the status of the supplier non-conformances and report to the customer as required
Monitor Engineering Change Requests
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
1-3+ years of related experience
Must be able to communicate effectively with many layers of customer representatives
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
SAP knowledge
Lead Auditor certification
Six Sigma Greenbelt certification
