They are hiring a Security Specialist to help keep their rental facilities secure, involving responsibilities such as monitoring video surveillance and maintaining communication with law enforcement during security breaches.

Responsibilities
Tend to video surveillance for entirety of shift
Be able to communicate with law enforcement authorities and team members if there are security breaches
Maintain logs and spreadsheets for management
Provide back-up service to the Customer Experience team
Exhibit excellent decision making skills while monitoring locations
Maintain professionalism while working with internal and external customers
Qualification
Required
Must have high attention to detail and observation skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to perform multiple activities at the same time
Ability to deal calmly with emergency situations
Must be computer savvy and comfortable with multiple computer programs and set-ups
Prior surveillance experience a plus
Applicants should be honest, responsible, reliable, alert, and curious
High School Diploma or Equivalent Education or Experience required
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer
