Carrier Account Manager
Fello Logistics is a disruptive logistics and transportation company specializing in supply chain solutions for the domestic freight market. They are seeking a dedicated Carrier Account Manager to support their operations team in delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships with carrier partners.

Responsibilities
Carrier Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with carrier partners through effective communication via telephone and email
Carrier Sourcing: Identify and engage with qualified carriers to meet the transportation requirements of our clients while employing excellent negotiation skills
Technology: Harness our technology platform, data analytics, and other available resources to make well-informed decisions, engage in price negotiations, drive process automation, and enhance operational efficiency
Coordination: Coordinate logistics activity, including scheduling arrival dates and delivery appointments
Collaboration: Communicate load statuses, issues, and concerns to sales team and work closely to resolve and provide 100% WOW Customer Service
Service: Deliver outstanding service to both our carrier partners and clients, ensuring their needs are met or exceeded
Problem Solving: Thrive in the face of challenges, finding quick solutions to keep supply chains moving seamlessly
KPIs Achieve or surpass established weekly, monthly, and quarterly key performance indicators
Qualification
Required
Self-starting and highly self-motivated with a high desire to WIN
Desire and ability to find unique solutions and achieve sales targets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in efficiently managing multiple tasks within a rapidly evolving and fast-paced work environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Prior experience in logistics, transportation, trucking, or supply chain is highly preferred, but not required
Bachelors degree is a plus
