They are seeking a Spare Parts Procurement Administrator responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and maintaining inventory of spare parts needed for repairs of timepieces, while also creating and maintaining inventory control processes.

Responsibilities
Sourcing, purchasing, and maintaining inventory of spare parts and components needed for repairs of timepieces
Create and maintain inventory control processes, reporting and monitoring
Fulfill part orders for watchmakers and monitor accuracy of requests
Handle cycle counting and physical inventories of spare parts inventory
Prioritize service requests based on urgency and impact
Qualification
Required
Extremely strong attention to detail (particularly numbers)
Hands-on approach
Computer skills: MS Office – intermediate to advanced, particularly Excel
Customer service approach
Team oriented
Ability to learn quickly
Ability to work in a fast environment
Preferred
Spare parts/jewelry industry experience
