Responsibilities
Provide internal operational support and reporting to corporate teams and field staff
Help maintain and improve operational processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Support property management software (Rent Manager, Boom, etc.)
Serve as a point of contact for internal operational questions and issue resolution
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports
Oversee vendor services and ancillary support
Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in property management, operations, or administrative support roles (manufactured housing experience is preferred)
Strong proficiency in Excel; comfortable working with reports, data, and operational metrics
Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple projects with strong follow-through and accountability
Customer-service oriented and team-focused
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated problem solver who works well with minimal supervision
Ability to train and present information to large groups
Tech-savvy with a systems-oriented mindset
Process improvement or operations-focused background
