Responsibilities

Support a team of approximately 10–14 counselors in delivering the Brave Buddies Program, offering day-to-day guidance, coaching, and problem-solving as needed
Work closely with fellow Classroom Team Leaders and senior program staff to coordinate programming and ensure consistency across classrooms
Apply evidence-based strategies from PCIT-SM to support children throughout daily activities and exposures
Assist senior clinical staff during preparation sessions and help reinforce how behavioral strategies are understood and carried out in real-time
Help counselors implement individualized plans that target each child's goals, track progress, and capture behavioral observations and feedback
Facilitate morning meetings, classroom activities, and community-based exposure tasks with children

Qualification

PCIT-SM trainingBehavioral strategiesGraduate-level psychologyCounseling experienceTeam leadership

Required

Graduate-level study in psychology, counseling, social work, education/special education, or related field; or equivalent experience
Prior training in PCIT-SM and participation as a counselor or classroom team leader in the Brave Buddies Program or a similar group-based treatment program for children with SM
