Wholesale Account Executive
INKED by Dani is a growing brand seeking a Wholesale Account Executive to enhance their wholesale business with key retail partners in NYC. The role involves managing account relationships, analyzing sales performance, and coordinating product launches to ensure brand consistency and growth in the beauty and lifestyle sectors.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day relationships with wholesale accounts, including order management, follow-ups, and ongoing communication
Support new account outreach and onboarding in partnership with leadership
Analyze sell-through, forecasts, and retail performance to drive growth
Coordinate product launches, reorders, and seasonal assortments
Ensure brand presentation and merchandising standards are met across retail partners
Maintain accurate account data, pricing, and sales records
Qualification
Required
5+ years in wholesale sales (beauty or accessories preferred)
Strong relationship-building skills
Deep understanding of wholesale sales
Experience in the beauty or accessories space
At least 5 years of wholesale account management or sales experience in beauty, accessories, or a related consumer category
Strong understanding of retail math, forecasting, and sales planning
Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts at once
Preferred
Experience working with national retailers and specialty stores is a plus
