Responsibilities
Event planning & coordination for BMRC and Department of Orthopaedic Surgery events, including but not limited to BMRC Symposium, Educational Outreach Events, Bethel Prize, SSRP Capstone Event, Resident Graduation, Resident Research Day, social events for residents and fellows, support for academic visitor itineraries
Primary point of contact for external and internal stakeholders for all events supported
Track and manage budgets for event-related supplies and payments through University purchasing system and policies
Independent management of timelines, priorities and event logistics with limited supervision from management
Anticipate and proactively solve event-related issues that may arise
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
3 years of relevant experience
Combination of education and relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education and/or experience requirement
Successful completion of a background check
PA State Police Criminal Record Check
FBI Criminal Record Check
PA Child Abuse History Clearance
