The role involves supporting existing custom Salesforce applications and participating in the development of the new CT-KIND system, ensuring effective maintenance and knowledge transfer.

Must have very strong abstract thinking and problem-solving skills
Must have very good verbal and written communication skills
Design and development of Salesforce APEX, Lightning pages, Visual Force Pages
Full stack. Salesforce, OOP, CRUD, Design patterns, Configuration SOQL
Must have advanced knowledge of Salesforce development (OOP, Design Patterns)
Provide analysis/requirements to integrate applications
Work on all phases of SDLC and create/maintain required technical documentation
Qualification
Required
10+ Years of experience
Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development
Foundational OOP in Apex
Very organized, pro-active and self-directed
Self-starter and driven
Drive the work from requirements to implementation
Very strong abstract thinking and problem-solving skills
Very good verbal and written communication skills
Design and development of Salesforce APEX, Lightning pages, Visual Force Pages
Full stack experience with Salesforce, OOP, CRUD, Design patterns, Configuration SOQL
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce development (OOP, Design Patterns)
Provide analysis/requirements to integrate applications
Work on all phases of SDLC and create/maintain required technical documentation
Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Mentor less experienced staff
Wide degree of creativity and latitude
