Responsibilities
Provide support for network, security, and cloud-related incidents
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network issues in real time
Administer and support Microsoft Azure environments
Manage and respond to security alerts using CrowdStrike
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, or similar)
Support enterprise security initiatives and incident response efforts
Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions
Collaborate with NOC, Security, Systems, and Engineering teams
Participate in on-call and scheduled shift rotations
Document procedures, incidents, and configurations clearly and accurately
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in NOC, Network Engineering, or Security Operations
Strong experience with network security, firewalls, and threat detection
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
Experience using CrowdStrike or similar endpoint protection platforms
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, and switching
Proven ability to troubleshoot under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred
Security or networking certifications (CCNP, Azure, Security+, CISSP, etc.)
Experience in a 24/7 or shift-based operations environment
Background supporting enterprise or regulated environments
