Account Manager I

TI Automotive is a company focused on automotive components, and they are seeking an Account Manager I to coordinate sales-related activities between internal teams and customers. Responsibilities

Establish and maintain direct customer contact/relationship
Manage all commercial aspects of account
Support program management and manufacturing functions for all launches
Act as intermediary between customer and other TI Automotive disciplines
Promote and educate current and potential customer groups on TI Automotive products and services
Identify new opportunities within customer base that are compatible with corporate goals and develop marketing strategies to obtain new business
Assist in identifying cost saving and quality improvement opportunities to meet customer and Company requirements
Participate in preparation of annual forecast, monthly activity reports and 3-year plan
Other duties as assigned

Required

Experience with Ford supplier requirements
Financial business case experience
Understanding of the Company's business and ability to effectively interact with other disciplines
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong coordination, time management, and motivation skills
Ability to work in an unstructured and frequently stressful environment; must be flexible
Computer proficient in MS Office programs
Bachelor degree in business, marketing, engineering and 5 years experience
Valid drivers' license
Ability to work at a personal computer for extended periods of time
Ability and willingness to travel
Ability to tolerate stress

Preferred

AQP and program management a plus
Direct Ford experience
Familiarity with brake, fuel or thermal lines is a plus
