Responsibilities

Perform financial analysis on historical results and identify key trends to support decision-making
Maintain and update budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning
Develop and implement automated tools to streamline reporting and improve efficiency
Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate insights to leadership teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and better business outcomes

Required

Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables for large data sets
Prior experience with at least one programming or scripting language such as SQL, VBA, Python, or similar
Familiarity with financial planning tools like Smart View, Adaptive, or comparable systems
Proven ability to analyze data and recommend strategies that positively impact financial performance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related analytical discipline
A minimum of 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and collaborative teamwork
