Responsibilities
Works closely with department VP and directors on operational logistics and activities within the department
Performs administrative duties , tracks inventories, collects data, prepares reports, and manages cross-functional team projects as required by the department
Develops, implements, maintains department process, procedures, systems and activities while assessing and identifying areas for improvement
Facilitates the flow of information and maximizes effective communications among staff
Provide project management support; track and maintain schedules and project deliverables
Provides timely project reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget, on-quality standards
Serves as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community as needed
Manages multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines
Serves as support for other positions in the department
Oversees materials management and provides logistical support to ensure seamless execution of events and meetings
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree in a Related Field
Experience in Marketing
