Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement custom applications, flows, and modules within the ServiceNow platform

Create and maintain integrations with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality

Work closely with federal stakeholders, business analysts, and other team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications with a focus on out of the box implementation

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing in best practices

Conduct code reviews and testing (utilizing ServiceNow ATF) to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet business needs

Required

3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration

Preferred

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar certifications

Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and ServiceNow Custom applications
