Senior Group Sales Manager

ADERO Scottsdale Resort, Autograph Collection® is seeking a Senior Group Sales Manager to lead and oversee their group sales strategy. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth, developing client relationships, and collaborating with various teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive group sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to optimize performance and professional growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and event planners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and operations to create cohesive sales campaigns and seamless client experiences
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement
Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior leadership
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility

Required
