Responsibilities

Contribute to established tools and processes to manage regulatory compliance and data governance
Work with design teams performing product and application compliance reviews, supporting their NTI, NPI, NMI, NSI programs
Review technical publications such as Operations & Maintenance Manuals and Special Instructions and various compliance related documentation such as test reports, spec sheets, declarations of conformity, certifications, etc., to ensure compliance-related matters have been properly addressed
Keep up to date on new industry standards and regulatory compliance requirements associated with data, and communicate requirements to team members and clients
Represent the company externally in various industry association engagements. Influence legislation and regulations while in draft form by working with regulatory bodies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer or Data Science, Engineering Technology, or a similar field of study from an accredited college or university
10+ years of job-related experience in engineering, data science or compliance related role
Experience with radio or data communications and asset connectivity
Experience with telematics certification, data regulations and digital app development
Experience with generative AI, engineering development or validation experience with mobile machines, engines or power systems
Experience participating in industry associations or standards developing organizations
Extensive understanding of complex engineering concepts and applications
Ability to communicate technical information effectively across the organization and create professional interactions with internal teams and external agencies around the globe
