Responsibilities
Oversee complex billing and revenue recognition structures, including progress billing, cost-plus, and contract-based invoicing
Maintaining accurate job cost reporting, forecasting, WIP, and cost-to-complete estimates
Support cost control, margin management, and risk identification
Prepare monthly project financial reporting
Ensure timely project closeouts
Uphold strong internal controls and compliance with accounting standards
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in project accounting, cost control, and billing within construction, utilities, infrastructure, or large capital programs
Strong understanding of WIP, revenue recognition, and long-term contract accounting
Proven experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar project financials, and continuously improving billing and financial reporting processes
Advanced proficiency with ERP systems, job cost accounting software, and Microsoft Excel
Ability to translate financial data into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
