Learning Supervisor
HealthPartners is a nonprofit, integrated health care organization that is hiring a Learning Supervisor. The Learning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the design, delivery, and ongoing maintenance of end-user training programs while providing guidance to Learning Specialists and supporting workflow design and training logistics.

Responsibilities
Supervise staff with full authority over hiring, performance management, compliance with organizational policies, and professional development
Support team members in daily operations, including successful onboarding, new hire training, work assignments, and coaching
Lead training-related project activities such as requirements gathering, content creation, and go-live support
Oversee training logistics including scheduling, delivery, and environment setup
Identify and implement innovative and continuous improvement ideas to enhance workflow and improve services
Engage with stakeholders to assess training effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent training/healthcare experience in lieu of degree
A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT or training
Minimum of 2 years of direct supervisory experience
Expertise in curriculum design including learning objectives, content development and assessment strategies
Proficient in both virtual and in-person facilitation techniques
Strong leadership, team building and project management capabilities
Ability to build and sustain relationships across all organizational levels
Proven success in implementing process improvements and change management
Skilled in using reporting tools to evaluate team performance and training effectiveness
Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Experience with learning technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms, eLearning tools and content management systems
Preferred
At least 3 years of experience working with Epic systems
Current Epic Principal Trainer certification
Current Epic application certification
Experience in developing and delivering training materials for diverse audiences
Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders including clinical, operational, and IT
Ability to manage staff and resources within budget constraints
Familiarity with governance and best practices for learning software, and content management
Demonstrated ability to identify innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement
Deep understanding of Epic training environments and their ongoing maintenance
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles
