Responsibilities
Support and guide day‑to‑day delivery execution for assigned applications
Maintain and monitor work progress and delivery metrics in Azure DevOps
Provide clear delivery visibility on timelines, milestones, risks, and changes
Ensure incoming work is refined, ready, and aligned with technical and business expectations
Collaborate with architects and analysts to confirm delivery readiness and workflow alignment
Coordinate cross-team handoffs and dependencies without deep technical integration ownership
Communicate delivery status, impacts, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
Support release preparation and ensure operational teams are informed
Qualification
Required
8+ years in IT delivery, Agile delivery, or technical project coordination
Strong experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for tracking and reporting
Solid understanding of enterprise application delivery and SDLC
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to navigate shifting priorities and maintain delivery predictability
Preferred
Financial services or insurance experience
Experience with workflow platforms like Appian
Familiarity with cloud-hosted or enterprise platforms (no deep technical expertise required)
