Senior LevelSAN R&D Business Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Enterprise Architect to lead the design, strategy, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow ITOM solutions. The role involves defining ITOM architecture, leading implementations, and providing technical leadership to ensure alignment with business goals and IT operations.

Responsibilities
Define ITOM architecture and roadmap on the ServiceNow platform
Lead implementation of ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management
Design scalable CMDB architecture, data models, and governance standards
Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to delivery teams
Partner with stakeholders to translate business and operational requirements into solutions
Ensure platform performance, security, and best practices
Support upgrades, enhancements, and production issues
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
Strong experience with CMDB design, data governance, and CSDM
Hands-on experience with integrations, APIs, MID Servers
Experience in cloud & hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong architectural, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred
ServiceNow ITOM Architect or Implementation Specialist certification
