Responsibilities

Establish, mature, and lead the enterprise-wide Project Management Office (PMO) with standardized processes, tools, and methodologies
Align the project portfolio with Four Winds Health’s strategic pillars, including access to care, revenue optimization, compliance, and technology enablement
Partner with executive leaders across Technology, RCM, Operations, Finance, HR, and Clinical teams to ensure initiatives are prioritized and resourced based on strategic impact and ROI
Drive transparency by maintaining a unified, enterprise-level view of initiatives, dependencies, and risks
Provide executive oversight of cross-functional initiatives spanning Technology, EMR, Revenue Cycle, Security, and Operations
Ensure consistent execution through disciplined project planning, stakeholder engagement, and proactive issue resolution
Lead delivery of large-scale initiatives, including but not limited to: EMR & Epic integrations (partner systems and internal markets), RCM automation & AI enablement (Asato, Thub, Alai pilots), Ambient listening & AI clinical documentation, Cybersecurity and infrastructure modernization, Digital Front Door (DXE) enhancements
Serve as the executive escalation point for project managers, resolving risks, interdependencies, and resourcing challenges
Develop and enforce governance frameworks for project intake, prioritization, and approval
Establish portfolio dashboards and executive reporting to track progress, performance, financial health, and benefit realization
Monitor KPIs including on-time delivery, cost variance, ROI, benefit realization, and stakeholder satisfaction
Lead quarterly portfolio reviews with executive sponsors and provide visibility to the CEO, CFO, and SVP/EVP leadership teams
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making across delivery teams
Implement best practices across Agile, hybrid, and traditional project management methodologies
Coach and mentor project managers and business leaders on PM standards and execution excellence
Capture lessons learned and continuously improve enterprise delivery processes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
8+ years of progressive project or program management experience, including 3+ years leading an enterprise PMO
Proven experience managing complex, cross-departmental initiatives in healthcare, technology, or multi-entity organizations
Strong understanding of EMR systems (Epic, WebPT, Raintree, Clinicient) and healthcare operational workflows
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and executive communication skills
Strong financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, and ROI analysis
Expertise in stakeholder engagement and executive-level reporting
Proficiency with PM and analytics tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Power BI, Jira)
Ability to influence and lead across the enterprise without direct authority

Preferred

PMP, PgMP, or PMO-CP certification preferred
