Supporting risk management and collection activities within the portfolio
Assisting with loan operations to ensure efficiency and a positive client experience
Participating in loan and marketing efforts within the area/region
Conducting regular visits with clients to build relationships and generate new loans
Providing reports on loan operations and client interactions
Collaborating with the Senior Loan Officer and other team members to develop business strategies
Qualification
Required
Background in agriculture with business development experience
1-3 years of experience in credit and underwriting
Ability to build relationships to promote loan volume and credit quality
Self-motivated and driven
Strong communication skills
Experience with loan documentation
