Candidate has seen M&A and transactional side, can be trained to sign off on projects and become Partner quickly
Can jump in on the supervising side, if not onboard at Partner-level
Ability to work alongside senior partners to assist with workflow as required
Qualification
Required
6+ years' experience
Applicants must live in Texas
Experience in transactional, M&A work
Desire to grow and advance with the firm over the long-term
Ability to work alongside senior partners to assist with workflow as required
Professional, organized and collegial
Billable hour req: 1750 realistic (1850 goal)
