The Senior Dairy Success Manager will work directly with farmers and partners to provide technical support and training, ensuring successful adoption of CowManager's systems and improving farm operations.

Responsibilities

Serving as a trusted advisor to dairy farmers and dealers, helping them optimize the use of CowManager in daily farm operations
Providing advanced technical support via phone, email and on-farm visits
Proactively monitoring CowManager systems across U.S. farms, identifying performance issues, bugs or data inconsistencies and escalating these to our global support and development teams
Supporting hardware installations and integrations with herd management and dairy software systems
Delivering structured onboarding, after-sales training and ongoing coaching through on-farm visits and remote sessions
Using your expert knowledge of U.S. dairy farming to identify opportunities for improving CowManager’s platform, data insights and workflows
Working closely with U.S. sales teams, dealers and international CowManager support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
Representing CowManager at dairy events, trade shows and industry meetings when needed

Required

Strong background in U.S. dairy farming, including knowledge of herd health, fertility, transition cows and nutrition
Hands-on experience working with dairy cattle is a strong advantage
Strong IT affinity, comfortable working with software platforms, data, hardware and basic networking
Analytical and solution-oriented, able to translate farm challenges into practical technical solutions
Customer-focused with strong communication and coaching skills
Able to work independently, manage your own schedule and travel within your region
Passion for technology and innovation in dairy farming
Applicants must be based in the United States and legally authorized to work
