Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Workfront Fusion integrations that connect Workfront to various enterprise platforms, Adobe solutions, applications, and APIs
Develop automation workflows that streamline project intake, approvals, data synchronization, and cross‑platform work processes
Translate business requirements into well-structured, efficient Fusion scenarios
Collaborate with Workfront administrators, designers, and technical teams to ensure alignment with platform standards and governance
Support testing, rollout, and ongoing maintenance of Workfront integrations
Contribute to solution architecture discussions by recommending integration patterns, data flow models, and automation approaches
Participate in client discovery sessions to identify automation opportunities and assess integration feasibility
Assist in effort estimation, sprint planning, and project documentation for integration-related workstreams
Create documentation for integration architecture, data flows, and scenario logic
Troubleshoot and optimize existing Fusion scenarios for performance and reliability
Assist in designing reusable Fusion modules, templates, and accelerators that align with IBM’s delivery frameworks
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in developing integrations using Workfront Fusion or similar automation/integration tools
4+ years of experience in Workfront's object model, workflows, routing, and custom forms
4+ years of experience in working with REST APIs, JSON, authentication flows, and data transformation
8+ years of experience in interpreting business requirements and translating them into technical automation solutions
8+ years of experience in working within cross-functional consulting teams, strong communication skills are required
8+ years of experience in strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with a detail‑oriented approach
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Adobe Workfront Fusion Developer or Workfront Core Developer certification
Background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
