Responsibilities
Responsible for the racking, moving, and removal of equipment
Complete replacements of failed hardware and components
Perform fiber, ethernet, coax, and twinax cable installations
Balance and monitor power consumption of equipment
Show a strong aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving
Provide technical support for internal customers
Uphold lab standards and service level agreements established with internal customers
Tracking and documentation of device installs, moves, and removals
Capability to use and navigate customer relationship management software
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience working as a Data Center Technician
Experience racking equipment
Background working with RF fiber, copper and cabling
Experience setting up TMCs
Ability to move and remove equipment
Responsible for the racking, moving, and removal of equipment
Complete replacements of failed hardware and components
Perform fiber, ethernet, coax, and twinax cable installations
Balance and monitor power consumption of equipment
Show a strong aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving
