Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing: Use diverse channels like job boards, social media, and referrals to identify potential candidates
Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess qualifications and fit
Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews efficiently
Candidate Relationship: Maintain strong candidate relationships, keeping them informed and engaged
Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies
Data Management: Maintain organized candidate records in our system
Team Collaboration: Work with the recruitment team to enhance processes
Reporting: Generate recruitment metric reports for strategy improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
High-energy and passion
Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
Preferred
LinkedIn Recruiter experience
